luxury vinyl tiles can be used in any room in the home, as they are hard wearing enough for heavy traffic such as hall ways, water resistant enough for use in bathrooms and kitchens and warm enough for bedrooms.

How to Lay Luxury Vinyl Tiles
Where to start for laying luxury vinyl tiles
Find the center from one end of the main rectangle also find the center at the other end wall. Snap a chalk line between these points, and the center of the floor is where the two lines' intersection.(Fig.1)
On trial to dry lay a row of tiles from the center line to the side wall to determine the space left for the border, If the distance between the edge of the last full tile and the wall is more than 1/2 vinyl tile, establish a new center line(s) one half the dimension of a full tile away(Fig.2)
When laying vinyl tiles in an irregular space, check the size of the last tile along all walls and then modify the center lines slightly if necessary to achieve the best layout.
Use suitable vinyl tile Adhesive for installing as recommended from each manufacturer. Tiles should be laid starting at the center of the space, and working toward the corner(s) of the room. Position vinyl tiles as arrows on back all point in the same direction. Take care to place tiles without sliding them into position. Position each tile tightly against the edges of the previously installed tiles before down firmly.(Fig.3)
Border tiles should be cut and fit in place only after the field tiles have been entirely laid. Upon completion, roll the entire floor with a certain pound roller, but don't wash wet or coat with wax to the floor after installation.(Fig.4 & 5)
